Returns, exchanges, and order issue help.

We want your Griputility gear to fit your setup. If something is not right, contact us and we will help you find the correct next step.

Return window

Most eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email support@griputility.com with your order number, item name, reason for return, and item condition.

Return condition

Returned items should be unused, clean, undamaged, and in original packaging with all included parts, manuals, accessories, and tags when applicable. Items that show use, wear, damage, missing parts, or altered packaging may be declined or refunded partially.

Return items in protective packaging with all parts and accessories included.

Refund review

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

Items that may not be eligible

  • Used, damaged, altered, washed, or visibly worn products.
  • Items missing original parts, accessories, packaging, or manuals.
  • Final sale items, gift cards, clearance items, or custom/personalized products when marked as non-returnable.
  • Products returned without contacting support first.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue and help with a replacement, refund, or other solution when appropriate.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is usually to return the original item and place a new order for the item you want. If you need help choosing a replacement, email us before ordering.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank, card issuer, or payment provider to post the refund after it has been processed.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the return is caused by a verified Griputility fulfillment error or product issue. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
