Griputility ships outdoor utility gear to available destinations shown at checkout. We work to keep delivery clear, trackable, and practical from the moment your order is placed.
Order processing
Most orders begin processing within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time is the time needed to review, prepare, and hand the order to the carrier. It does not include the carrier transit time after shipment.
Shipping rates
Available shipping methods and rates are shown at checkout based on the items in your cart, destination, and carrier availability. Griputility offers free shipping on qualifying orders over $99 unless a product page, promotion, or checkout message states otherwise.
Estimated delivery times
Delivery estimates vary by destination, item availability, shipping method, carrier workload, weather, holidays, and customs processing. The estimate shown at checkout or in your tracking information is the best current reference for your order.
Usually 1–3 business days before shipment.
A tracking email is sent once the order ships and the carrier activates the label.

Tracking your order
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking can take 24–72 hours to update after the carrier receives the package. If tracking has not updated after several business days, contact us at support@griputility.com.
Address accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If you notice an error, email us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes after processing has started, but we will try to help before the order ships.
Lost, delayed, or marked-delivered packages
If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find the package, check nearby doors, parcel lockers, building reception areas, mailrooms, and neighbors. If it is still missing, contact the carrier and email us with your order number so we can review next steps.
International orders
International availability depends on destination and checkout options. Duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage charges, and customs delays may apply and are the responsibility of the customer unless checkout states otherwise.
